cheap finasteride canada It’s time to talk about it… Liift4 from Beachbody… and no, I am not a Beachbody coach. Honestly, I’ve stayed away from Beachbody for years because I didn’t want to be “sold” shakes constantly. However when this summer was upon me and my guides came in hard with, This is it, it’s time to change your body, I was open to anything and I started trying everything.

If you’ve been following me for any length of time, you know I’m overweight and have struggled with that most of my adult life. I grew up at a perfectly fine weight, but then adult life took its toll, I took comfort in food, plus a million other things and eventually I weighed over 300 pounds.
buy viagra us The past six years since moving to Florida has been so much about healing, and building a life that I want. I’ve done the work there and I’m so happy, that just means that now it’s absolutely time to work on the physical aspects of my life.
This actually started last year when I changed my skin care routine and started buying a new wardrobe, and signed up with Gwynnie Bee so I could wear all the pretty dresses I wanted. The only thing left was weight.
My guides were pushing, saying this summer was the time, but you know how it is, when you’ve failed at something repeatedly, you start to get gun shy about giving it another go.
Somehow though, I buckled down, put my entire life on hold and dedicated the summer to losing weight.
I thought it was going to be a manner of eating “diet” foods and lots of time spent on an elliptical machine. I wasn’t looking forward to it, but I was willing. I should have known better though because how I always see God work is that once you agree, they bring in something perfect you never would have found on your own. True to form, I got an email from Beachbody about early access to Joel Freeman’s Liift4.
So instead of that killer summer of sacrifice and workouts I thought I had agreed to, it was a journey to finding my athletic self. This was a piece of myself that had been shamed into nonexistence decades ago. Gym class in school, family members who laughed whenever I suggested I do anything athletic, and lots and lots of jokes about how I loved cheeseburgers, made me feel like I was supposed to be fat.
But that wasn’t true and that’s what Joel Freeman and Liift4 is teaching me.
Liift4 combines classic weight lifting with high intensity cardio and an intense core component in a program that you do about 30 minutes a day, 4 days a week. In all my life, and it’s been a long life, I have never found anything to be a better fit for me from a fitness standpoint. Joel’s humor is so on point, he can make you smile even while you think you’re dying! He also gives you permission to modify in such a way that you don’t feel like you’re not good enough. In truth, it feels like you’re excelling because you’re doing it!
And in a shocking turn of events… I LOVE lifting weights! I just never knew it.
I LOVE the way my body is responding to this. I have muscles, I have abs and obliques! Beneath my skin is getting hard where it’s always been mushy and maybe that makes no sense, but every time I feel it, I just want to cry.
Seriously, last week I wanted to stand in the middle of Main Street and see if anyone wanted to touch my obliques!
I refrained, however… something about having my annual pass revoked. LOL
I’m having to do some extra healing work on the girl who feels ripped off from the body she’s wanted all her life, that she let others tell her wasn’t an option for her, but in that healing is such joy because you know what? I’m getting that body! This was a huge wall in my life that I couldn’t see until it started to crumble. This workout is changing my body and in changing my body, it’s changing my life.
Yeah I still eat kind of junky, but nowhere near what I did. I’ve started ordering go here medium fries for the first time in my life! I’m leaving food behind when I go out. I’m getting better quality of food for my fridge because I want to. Because I’m falling in love with my own body, and I’m inspired to take better care of it, to fuel it better so it can keep going in the direction it’s started.
You have no idea what a revolution that is for me.
I’m an older, overweight woman who hadn’t worked out regularly in decades. I watched the clip of this workout program and cried thinking there’s no way I’ll ever be able to do it… but I AM doing it.
Don’t get me wrong, I modify everything and started with 5 pound dumbbells, but I’m up to 12 pound dumbbells now and I even do squats, push ups, and planks! My body has absolutely gotten stronger and this program is only 30ish minutes a day, 4 days a week!
I didn’t create LIIFT4 to just get you in shape for 8 weeks. It was created to show that fitness and nutrition doesn’t have to be complicated, inflexible or have to consume your daily thoughts and actions. Working out and eating better should be simple and make everything else in your life better. THAT’S what will create consistency in your “shape”, retention in your workouts and ultimately allow for YOUR best possible life…the liift4 life. 🤘🏻 💙
Ya with me?? 💪🏻 – Joel Freeman
I never would have found this version of me without Joel and Liift4. It’s everything I never knew I needed and wanted in a workout and it is absolutely transforming my life.
The journey to your truth includes weight health. It’s different for everyone and the road to it is different. I share this because I honestly never would have thought a lifting program to be an option for me let alone the best fit. So I want to encourage you, whether it’s with weight or anything in your life, don’t be afraid to try the ridiculous. Listen to your gut. You may not be clairaudient like I am, but the universe speaks to all of us, we just get really good at ignoring it.
This was such a surprise to me. I can’t wait to see my body in another six months and I will be forever grateful to Joel for this program.
